SHIPPING & RETURNS

We ship all orders from Canada using trusted carriers. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and dispatched the next business day. Due to high demand, delivery takes about 2–4 weeks worldwide. You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order ships.

All prices are in Canadian dollars and tax-free at checkout. Import duties, taxes, or handling fees may apply when your package arrives, depending on your country. These costs are the customer’s responsibility, and we are not liable for delays caused by customs.

If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us for a replacement or full refund. Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout, as we cannot redirect packages once sent.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition and packaging. To request a return, email info@skivly.com with your order number and reason. If your order is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Credit and debit card refunds may take 7–10 business days to appear, while PayPal refunds are usually processed within 48 hours.
