How can I contact Skivly?
You can email us anytime at info@skivly.com — our friendly customer service team will be happy to assist you with product questions, order updates, returns, or anything else you need.
We typically respond within 24–48 hours (Monday–Friday).
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We ship to most countries around the world. If your country is not listed at checkout, please reach out to us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your order.
Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from Canada. Depending on your location, your order may be sent via Canada Post, USPS, or other trusted courier partners.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because we process orders quickly, any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After 12 hours, your order will already be in processing and cannot be changed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:
- All major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
- PayPal
- Some debit cards (via PayPal’s secure checkout)
All transactions are processed in CAD Dollars. Your bank may charge a small conversion fee if paying in a different currency.
When will my order be processed?
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding holidays).
- Processing time: 1–3 business days
- Shipping: Orders ship the next business day after processing
- Orders placed during holidays or sales may take a little longer to process.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Typical delivery times: 2 to 4 weeks
Please note: Delays may occur during peak shopping seasons, customs inspections, or due to weather conditions.
What if I don't receive my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days from the date of shipping, you are eligible for a full refund or free replacement — your choice.
Will I be charged customs or taxes?
The prices shown on our site are tax-free in CAD. Depending on your country, you may be charged duties, import taxes, or customs fees when your package arrives. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are your responsibility.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs. For details, please check with your local customs authority.
How do I return an item?
Please email info@skivly.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
What if the item I received is defective, incorrect, or damaged?
If you’ve received merchandise that is incorrect, missing, or defective:
1. Contact us at info@skivly.com within 7 days of delivery.
2. Include your order number, photos of the product, and a brief description of the issue.
We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
When will I receive my refund?
- Refunds are processed back to your original payment method.
- Credit/debit card refunds may take 7–10 business days after we process your return.
- PayPal refunds are usually immediate but may take up to 48 hours.
If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, contact your bank or card issuer, as posting times may vary.
